Rosuvastatin:
Reduce cholesterol synthesis up to half of its level.
Lowers TG level in diabetic patients.

Fenofibrate:
It has greater LDL cholesterol lowering potential.
This effect is exerted through peroxisome (PPAR alpha) which enhances Lipoprotein Lipase synthesis and fatty acid oxidation.
